The contents of the Public Notice were as follows:

PUBLIC NOTICE

It is for the information of all concerned that elections to the Governing Body / Executive Committee of Haryana Olympic Association (H.O.A.) is likely to be held in near future. Tentative list of affiliated Units and its office bearers, who are entitled to cast Vote in the said election is available in the office of “HARYANA OLYMPIC ASSOCIATION, Olympic Bhawan, Sector 3, Panchkula”.

Through this Public Notice, objections are invited from all concerned to the said Electoral College. Objections, if any, can be filed on or before 12^th August 2008. After the said date, no objection would be entertained as the Electoral College shall be finalized considering the aforesaid tentative Electoral College and objections, if any, received by the above said date.
